subconscious submersions

Searching for something,
looking for life,

all desires,
all those mad mad nights,
trying to live a thousand dreams,
a thousand lives,

talking to the man inside,
ending with mind full of lies,
questions never subside,
whatever hapless helpless tried,

listening to murmurs,
watching the palette's plight,

straining eyes, no sight,
radiant, the world outside,


saddled mare runs, away from me, 

how alone, 
dearth, no conquest,

then, now and hence,
my incessant quest !
